Fatal House Fire Claims One Life, Injures Another

A fire in Sosenkowo, Poland, on Monday evening resulted in the death of a 22-year-old man and the hospitalization of a 20-year-old.

Firefighters Respond to Blaze in Sosenkowo

A tragic fire broke out in a house in the village of Sosenkowo, Naruszewo commune (Płońsk county) on Monday evening after 8 PM. Two individuals were inside the building at the time.

Residents Alert Emergency Services

Local residents noticed smoke emanating from the house and immediately notified emergency services.

Rescue Efforts Prove Fatal for One

Firefighters, police, and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. During rescue operations, an unconscious 22-year-old was carried out of the building. Reanimation attempts were unsuccessful, and the young man died.

Second Man Hospitalized

A 20-year-old man was also found inside the building and was handed over to medical personnel before being transported to a hospital.

Investigation Underway

Following the completion of rescue and firefighting operations, an investigative team began working at the scene to determine the exact circumstances of the tragedy and the cause of the fire.

Extensive Emergency Response

Six fire crews participated in extinguishing the fire, and a helicopter crew from LPR (Ratownik12) and a medical team were deployed for rescue operations.
