Fire Destroys Two Trucks at Lidl Distribution Center Parking Lot

Fire Breaks Out at Distribution Center

Firefighters from Wyszków County received a report of a truck fire at a parking lot in Turzyn at 5:04 on February 23. Upon arrival, the fire was already in its developing phase, engulfing the vehicle’s cab and spreading to the trailer of a nearby truck. The driver had evacuated the vehicle independently and did not require medical assistance.

Firefighters Contain Blaze

Firefighters secured the scene and extinguished the fire using two heavy foam streams. The intervention lasted 1 hour and 51 minutes, involving 23 firefighters and 5 vehicles. According to the Wyszków District Headquarters of the State Fire Service, units from Wyszków Volunteer Fire Brigade and Brańszczyk and Trzcianka Volunteer Fire Brigades were dispatched to the incident.

No Injuries Reported

Firefighters from Brańszczyk Volunteer Fire Brigade (KSRG) were dispatched at 5:13 to extinguish the two burning trucks at the Lidl distribution center parking lot. They used extinguishing streams to combat the flames and protected adjacent property. The fire was contained, goods were unloaded, and everything was thoroughly doused and checked with a thermal camera. No injuries were reported in the incident.
