First new playground equipment already installed in Chomicza Park, Bielany; modernization underway, opening scheduled in a few days.
Modernisation of Playground
The Chomicza Park playground is being upgraded, with new equipment already on site. The space will feature a “cosmic” aesthetic and aims to offer a cohesive play area for children.
Installation Progress
Initial fixtures have been installed, and further attractions are being added sequentially to maintain consistency. The opening is planned for a few days from now.
Funding and Support
The project is carried out in partnership with the WSBM Chomiczówka Housing Cooperative, which is financially backing the initiative. The Wydział Ochrony Środowiska district department oversees the work.
Community Involvement
Local councillors Krystian Lisiak and Marcin Włodarczyk joined the modernization, citing residents’ needs. The Housing Community Council of Chomiczówka and the “We’re from Chomiczówka” initiative also support the project.
