Journalist chases former PiS minister Robert Telus through parliament after he avoids questions about suspended party membership.
Former PiS Minister Avoids Journalist
On Thursday (January 15), TVP Info journalist Justyna Dobrosz-Oracz published a video showing her attempting to question Robert Telus in the Sejm. The former minister tried to avoid conversation, with the journalist noting “He even fell on a woman…” after chasing him down the stairs. “Mr. Deputy, Mr. Minister Telus, don’t pretend you don’t hear me,” she called as Telus walked briskly forward despite her calls.
Robert Telus Asked About Land Sale for CPK
After catching up with the MP, Dobrosz-Oracz asked if Telus remains suspended from the party, which he confirmed. The suspension followed revelations about a land sale crucial for the Central Port Communication project, for which the Ministry of Agriculture under Telus had given approval. When asked about his interrogations by an internal PiS team, Telus stated he had been questioned “several times” and “is in good spirits,” but did not directly confirm if he sold the land.
Land Sale Case Details
Robert Telus was suspended from PiS in October 2025 after Wirtualna Polska revealed that in 2023, shortly before the government change, the Ministry of Agriculture approved selling a plot in Zabłotnia to Dawtona company’s vice president. This land was critical for CPK as it was meant for a high-speed railway line from Warsaw to the airport. The property, previously leased by Dawtona since 2008, was returned to the National Support Center for Agriculture (KOWR) in December for its purchase price of 22 million 760 thousand zlotys.
