Officers from the County Police Headquarters in Lipsk intervened after a report of a domestic incident. Initial findings indicated the 39‑year‑old Georgian, while intoxicated, began a quarrel and threatened to kill his daughter with a knife.
Arrest and Immediate Measures
A patrol was dispatched immediately, and the man was arrested and taken to police detention. The household also included the man’s wife and three other children aged 15, 12, and 2. The neighborhood officer carried out actions under the “Blue Card” procedure to assess the situation.
Legal Proceedings and Protective Orders
After sobering up, the suspect was brought to the District Prosecutor’s Office in Lipsk, where he faced charges of psychological and physical abuse.
