Grid Act Submitted to Parliament
The legislative centerpiece of this strategy is the so-called “Ustawa Sieciowa” (Grid Act). This bill has formally been introduced to the Sejm, Poland’s lower house of parliament.
The act represents the primary legislative vehicle through which the government intends to implement its policies targeting speculation and reshaping the framework for renewable energy development and grid integration.
