Grudziądz Pseudocheckers Attack Coach; 15‑Year‑Old Among Arrests

On Sunday, November 30, masked pseudocheckers from Grudziądz blocked provincial road DK 534, struck a coach carrying opposing fans, and were arrested—one of them a 15‑year‑old.

Incident Briefed

Police reported that on the morning of Sunday, November 30 in Jarantowice, a convoy of Skierniewice football club supporters traveling on provincial road DK 534 was blocked by five cars driven by masked pseudocheckers from Grudziądz.

The masked men forced their way onto the road and began striking and kicking the passenger coach of the rival team’s supporters, smashing a window that caused approximately four thousand zloty in damage.

Police Intervention

Police officers on the scene promptly broke up the confrontation and intervened against the five most aggressive men.

Four of the attackers were taken into police custody on the spot.

Suspects’ Identities and Charges

The arrested pseudocheckers were aged 33, 27, 26, 21, and a 15‑year‑old, all residents of Grudziądz and its county.

All detainees face charges of active participation in a brawl and property damage, punishable by up to five years’ imprisonment, and will be presented to prosecutors.

Vehicle Seized

Police also seized the registration documents of the car used by the men, whose driver will face a charge of endangering road traffic safety.
