Night and holiday medical support runs Monday to Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m., and operates around the clock on weekends and public holidays, filling the gap left by closed family clinics.

Patients can visit on‑call clinics and hospitals for urgent, but non‑critical care. Doctors give advice, may issue home visits if needed, and nurses perform necessary procedures such as dressing changes.
When to Seek Night Care vs the Emergency Room
Use night care for sudden pain, high fever, throat or ear aches, flare‑ups of chronic illnesses, abdominal pain, or minor injuries that keep you conscious and non‑serious. For breathing difficulty, severe chest pain, consciousness loss, suspected stroke or heart attack, extensive burns or serious trauma, go straight to the hospital emergency department or call 112 or 999.

Across the city are several night‑shift points: Mokotów and Wilanów have a centre on Malczewskiego and facilities near Stępińska and Wołoska; Ursynów serves a clinic on Romera; Wola and Śródmieście have a site on Płocka; Ochota has one on Banacha. Praga‑Południe and neighboring districts are covered by units on Abraham and at the children’s hospital on Niekłańska. Bemowo, Bielany, Żoliborz, Wawer, and other areas each have their own points that also serve nearby quarters.
Specialist and Dental Night Care
Specialist night shifts, such as ophthalmology, ENT, and psychiatry, are run in selected Warsaw hospitals. Separate dental night care is organised overnight and into weekends at designated city clinics.
