Hołownia’s Term as Sejm Marshal Evaluated in Reader Poll

A reader poll reveals divided opinions on Szymon Hołownia’s performance as Sejm Marshal, with 31% rating it good and 28.73% poor.

On February 19, we reported on tensions within Poland 2050, the departure of a group of MPs, and the formation of a new parliamentary club called Centrum. The article also mentioned a meeting between Szymon Hołownia and PiS politicians that generated numerous comments in the ruling coalition. Poll Results Show Clear Division

The most common evaluations were “good” and “poor.” The distribution of votes shows a clear division. Szymon Hołownia served as Marshal of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland X term from November 13, 2023, to November 18, 2025. He was elected to this position during the first sitting of the Sejm, according to the coalition agreement, and after two years was succeeded by Włodzimierz Czarzasty. In the survey asking about evaluation of his term, 1,274 votes had been cast as of February 23.
