How to Log In to MCU: KSeF Access Without Secrets – Step-by-Step Business Guide

Companies can now access the MCU module ahead of mandatory KSeF implementation in 2026, enhancing security through proper certificate management.

What is the Certificates and Rights Module (MCU)?

The Certificates and Rights Module (MCU) enables management of permissions in KSeF, submitting applications for certificate issuance, and downloading KSeF certificates.

The KSeF certificate allows for issuing and receiving invoices on behalf of the company that applied for its generation. A person holding the certificate can act on behalf of the entrepreneur.

For this reason, access to certificates should be strictly controlled and limited exclusively to trusted persons designated by the entrepreneur. Proper management of permissions in MCU significantly increases data security and minimizes the risk of unauthorized access.

Why Early Access to MCU KSeF is Beneficial

Although mandatory KSeF starts on February 1, 2026, users can already use MCU earlier. Early access to the Certificates and Rights Module allows companies to better prepare for changes in KSeF.

This gives entrepreneurs time to familiarize themselves with the MCU system and plan ahead for the process of granting permissions.

System Capabilities: What You Gain After Logging In to MCU

After logging in to MCU, the user gains access to the most important functions related to KSeF service, including managing permissions, submitting applications for certificates, and downloading certificates.
