Thanks to exemplary cooperation between criminal police from Piaseczna and officers from Góra Kalwária, the perpetrator of the destruction in Łubna has been apprehended. The 30-year-old, who vandalized the equipment of the gastronomic establishment with a telescopic baton, has already been charged. He will face the consequences of his crime under recidivist conditions.
Quick Identification and Arrest
Excellent knowledge of the area and local criminal environment once again yielded results. Officers from the Criminal Department of the Piaseczna District Police needed only two days to identify and arrest the perpetrator of property destruction in one of the gastronomic establishments.

The incident occurred in the town of Łubna, where the perpetrator used a telescopic baton to destroy the restaurant’s equipment. Piaseczna criminal police immediately took action and, in cooperation with officers from Góra Kalwarii, quickly identified a suspect.
Surprise Arrest
Just two days after the incident, in the early morning, officers knocked on the door of the 30-year-old resident of Piaseczna. The man was completely surprised by the visit, though as he admitted to the police, he had expected to be found sooner or later.
Key Evidence Found
During the search, police secured a crucial piece of evidence – a fragment of the telescopic baton. It turned out the tool was damaged during the vandalism, and a part of it fell off at the crime scene.
Charges and Penalties
The arrested man has been charged with: property destruction using a dangerous tool and a hooligan offense, which results in harsher treatment by the justice system. The 30-year-old acted under recidivist conditions, as he had previously been convicted of similar intentional crimes and committed another act within 5 years of serving at least 6 months of imprisonment.
