Influencer Łatwogang Completes Charity Bike Ride to Gdańsk

After cycling from Zakopane to Gdańsk, influencer Piotr Hancke, known as Łatwogang, was greeted by a cheering crowd on Sunday evening, May 24, as his latest fundraising initiative reached its destination.

A Hero’s Welcome in Gdańsk

Influencer Łatwogang reached his goal of Gdańsk on Sunday evening, May 24. A crowd of supporters awaited his arrival, with some attendees using pyrotechnics and flares to mark the occasion. “Hi! Thank you for being here,” Piotr Hancke shouted before dismounting his bike to greet his viewers.

The assembled crowd celebrated the influencer’s achievement, which he described as an “amazing day.”

Successful Fundraisers for DMD Patients

On Sunday, the influencer successfully completed the fundraising campaigns for Maks and Adaś, two boys suffering from Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). The goal for Adaś was reached shortly after 6:20 PM.

Following this milestone, Piotr Hancke announced that all subsequent donations would be redirected toward the treatment of another child in need.

New Campaign for Two-Year-Old Wojtuś

Łatwogang has launched a new fundraiser for two-year-old Wojtuś. Explaining the selection process, Hancke noted the difficulty of choosing between many children in Poland with DMD, stating he worked with Siepomaga.pl and Zrzutka to decide on the next recipient.

Wojtuś was diagnosed with the disease seven months ago. The campaign for his treatment requires 15.4 million PLN, with only 65,000 PLN raised thus far. Hancke emphasized the importance of every donation to help reach this significant goal.

History of Łatwogang’s Charity Efforts

The fundraising took place during a bike route that began in Zakopane last Friday afternoon. The event is broadcast via live stream, which serves as an additional form of support, as ad revenue generated during the broadcast is also donated to charity.

Previous efforts by Łatwogang have included raising 12 million PLN for Maksio, 3.5 million PLN for Adaś, and 251 million PLN for the Cancer Fighters foundation.
