Polish survey finds 36% see Karol Nawrocki’s presidential performance equal to Andrzej Duda’s, with 31% rating him higher.

Instytut Badań Pollster, commissioned by “Super Express,” surveyed Poles on whether Karol Nawrocki better fulfills presidential duties than Andrzej Duda. Thirty-six percent of respondents rated them equally, while 31% preferred Nawrocki. Twenty-two percent deemed Duda’s performance inferior, and 11% had no opinion. The poll, conducted January 26-27, 2026, included 1,010 adult Poles.
Public Expectations of Nawrocki
SW Research, commissioned by Onet, asked if Nawrocki meets presidential expectations. Forty-one point eight percent affirmed this, 41.4% disagreed, and 16.8% deemed it difficult to say. Conducted January 28, 2026, via CAWI online interviews, the survey polled 800 eligible respondents.
Presidential-Prime Ministerial Cooperation
IBRiS, for “Rzeczpospolita,” polled whether Nawrocki and Donald Tusk should collaborate on foreign policy. Eighty-seven percent supported this, under 7% opposed, and 6% were unsure. The January 2-3, 2026, CATI telephone survey included 1,068 people, with majorities of both governing coalition and opposition voters favoring cooperation.
