Kaczyński, Nawrocki, or Braun? Who Leads the Polish Right? [POLL]

A new Pollster Institute survey reveals that 38 percent of Poles view Jarosław Kaczyński as the leader of the right, while other figures trail significantly in the public’s perception.

Right-wing leadership rankings

In a survey conducted by the Pollster Institute between May 28-29 among 1,057 adults, 38 percent of respondents identified Jarosław Kaczyński as the leader of the right in Poland.

President Karol Nawrocki secured second place with 19 percent, while Grzegorz Braun, head of the Polish Crown Confederation, took third with 5 percent.

Mentzen and Morawiecki outside the top three

Sławomir Mentzen, leader of the Confederation Liberty and Independence, and former Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki both garnered 4 percent support. One percent of respondents chose someone else, and 29 percent expressed no opinion.

IBRiS parliamentary polling data

Recent polling from IBRiS for Polsat News, conducted from May 29 to June 2 among 1,000 people, indicates that the Civic Coalition would win a parliamentary election with 29.3 percent support.

Law and Justice followed with 23.7 percent, while the Confederation polled at 13.4 percent.

Election threshold and party standing

The New Left (8.1 percent) and the Polish Crown Confederation (8 percent) would also enter the Sejm. The Polish People’s Party (4.2 percent), the Left Together (2.9 percent), and Poland 2050 (1.5 percent) fell below the threshold, with 8.9 percent of respondents undecided.
