Knife Attack at Abandoned Allotment Gardens Sends Man to Hospital

A 41-year-old man was hospitalized after being stabbed in the leg during a fight on April 5th at a former allotment site on Piaskarzy Street.

On Sunday, April 5th, after 5:00 PM, emergency services received a report of a fight on unused land at 7 Piaskarzy Street, the site of former allotment gardens.

During the incident, one man allegedly stabbed another in the thigh with a knife. The injured 41-year-old was transported to the hospital, while the attacker fled the scene.

Initial Dispute Escalates to Violence

The incident occurred on the area of the former allotment gardens, which are now unused land adjacent to the existing allotments. Initial reports indicate a dispute between two men escalated into a physical altercation.

One participant then produced a knife and stabbed the other in the thigh.

Emergency Response and Investigation

Paramedics and police were dispatched to the location. Paramedics provided initial treatment to the 41-year-old victim before transporting him to the hospital.

The assailant had already fled before the arrival of emergency services.

Victim Refuses to Cooperate

Police officers remained at the scene to interview witnesses and residents of nearby cottages. A tracking dog was also deployed to assist in the search.
