Yesterday, December 9, after 21:00 a sharp‑tool assault was reported on Dąbrowskiego Street. Police and a medical rescue team were dispatched immediately.

Victim’s Condition

Police confirmed the attack upon arrival. The 46‑year‑old male was first treated by paramedics, then transferred to the hospital where he remains in a stable, non‑life‑threatening state with multiple knife wounds.

Suspect Escapes, Later Arrested

The attacker fled the scene before services arrived. A wide search was launched, and the suspect was located and arrested around 02:00 a.m.

Investigation Underway

Police are collecting evidence, securing forensic traces, and will reconstruct the incident to identify motives. A procedural hearing with the detained suspect is planned for tomorrow.
