Kremlin spokesman refused to specify a date for the next round of talks on ending the war with Ukraine. Three meetings of trilateral negotiations on this topic, with delegations from Russia, Ukraine, and the USA, took place in January and February in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and in Geneva, Switzerland.
According to Peskov, in this matter everything depends on the actions and decisions of Kyiv.
Russia’s Conditions for Peace
The Russian side consistently maintains that the conditions for ending military actions include, among others, the withdrawal of Ukrainian forces from all of Donbas, the consent of Ukrainian authorities to a neutral status of the state, and the lifting of Western sanctions imposed on Moscow.
