Poland’s KSeF e-invoicing system continues to face access issues, with users experiencing another major outage affecting the Trusted Profile service.
Trusted Profile Service Down Again
Similar problems occurred yesterday, but only affected the Trusted Profile service. The service, which allows login to many government platforms, was fully available only in the afternoon hours.
Today, the Trusted Profile has been non-functional since morning. The system failure has not yet been completely resolved.
Login Limits Fail to Solve Problems
New login limits announced yesterday for the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) have not resolved the ongoing issues. Users can now access the system no more than once per minute.
The restrictions come as the government continues to work on fixing persistent technical problems with the e-invoicing platform.
