KSeF System Failure on Launch Day as Businesses Return to Traditional Invoicing

National e-Invoice System suffers technical failure on its first day of operation, disrupting business invoicing processes.

System Launch Faces Setback

Yesterday, one day after the official launch of the National e-Invoice System (KSeF), a system failure occurred. Users were unable to log in using the Trusted Profile due to a service failure, as confirmed by the Ministry of Digital Affairs.

Trusted Profile Users Face Problems

All entrepreneurs attempting to access KSeF through the Trusted Profile encountered difficulties. This included those trying to retrieve invoices issued through the system or grant permissions to their accountants.

Qualified Signatures Work as Alternative

Users who employed qualified signatures were able to log into the KSeF system without any issues.

Entrepreneurs Affected Across Services

The problem affected all entrepreneurs using the Trusted Profile to access KSeF. Those attempting to utilize other government systems and databases, such as the Central Vehicle and Driver Register (CEPiK), also experienced difficulties.
