The incident began in November 2024 when Aleksandra R. entered a private property in Głogów, prompting the owner to call the police. Upon arrival, the patrol reported that the woman became aggressive, using vulgar language and physically attacking officers by shoving and kicking them.
Bribery and Intimidation Attempts
After being detained and taken to the Głogów County Police Headquarters, the suspect allegedly continued her aggressive behavior. Prosecutors state she offered officers 5,000 PLN to drop the case and threatened them with job termination.
Allegations of Medical Fraud
The investigation further revealed issues regarding the suspect’s attendance at scheduled hearings. Authorities claim that Aleksandra R. submitted medical certificates obtained under false pretenses to avoid questioning.
Criminal Charges and Mental Competency
Aleksandra R. faces multiple charges, including trespassing, assaulting two officers, corruption, and fraud regarding the medical certificates. Prosecutor Liliana Łukasiewicz confirmed that medical evaluations determined the defendant was fully sane at the time of the offenses, leaving her facing up to eight years in prison.
