Live Counterfeit Sale Raided by Authorities

Authorities raided a live-streamed counterfeit clothing sale, seizing over 7,000 fake items worth 5.3 million złoty.

Major Seizure

Over 7,000 counterfeit clothing items, equipment for marking, and cash in złoty and euro were seized in a joint operation by Mazowieckie Police and Podkarpackie Customs. The seized goods are valued at over 5.3 million złoty.

Investigation Details

Three individuals aged 24, 30, and 33 were arrested. They face charges for introducing goods with fake trademarks. Police supervision and bail have been applied to the suspects.

The suspects used social media live streams to sell illegal goods, hiding the scale of their operation. Counterfeiting was their sole and constant income source.

Search and Evidence

On a property in Mazowieckie voivodeship, police found counterfeit clothing in buildings and vehicles. Authorities also seized equipment for applying protected trademarks and 29,000 złoty plus 1,000 euro in cash.

Case Progress

The case is supervised by Radom-Zachöd Regional Prosecutor’s Office, with further actions by Podkarpackie Customs. Investigators are analyzing seized evidence to determine the full scale of the operation.
