Over 200 Passengers Aboard

Recent Issues on Caribbean Routes
This is not the recent difficulty with LOT flights to the Dominican Republic. Interia recalled a technical failure occurred with an aircraft scheduled to return from Punta Cana to Warsaw in early February. During preparations for the flight operated by the same aircraft type, a fault was detected that couldn’t be resolved locally. Consequently, the flight was canceled, stranding 293 passengers at Punta Cana Airport. The departure from the Dominican Republic was rescheduled to the following day, resulting in a delay of approximately 15 hours relative to the original schedule. The flight to Poland takes nearly 10 hours.
