Majority of Polish Voters Already Know Their 2027 Choice

A recent CBOS poll reveals that over 87% of participants have already decided which party they will support in Poland’s 2027 parliamentary elections.

Voter Certainty for 2027

Out of 798 responses in a recent survey, 697 people, or 87.34%, stated they already know who they will vote for in the 2027 parliamentary elections. Meanwhile, 5.01% answered “no,” and 7.64% declared they do not intend to participate in the elections.

Party Support and Standings

The latest CBOS poll shows Civic Coalition (KO) leading with 30.8%, followed by Law and Justice (PiS) with 19.6% and the Confederation Liberty and Independence with 15.3%. The Confederation of the Polish Crown would also enter the Sejm with 8.1% support.

Several parties remain below the electoral threshold, including New Left (4.7%), Razem (3%), PSL (2.2%), and Polska 2050 (1%). An Opinia24 poll for Wyborcza showed similar results, noting that a joint KO and Left block could reach 35.7% support.

Parliamentary Election Regulations

The next parliamentary elections in Poland are scheduled for autumn 2027, with the President setting the date, though they must occur by November 11, 2027. Voters will elect 460 members to the Sejm and 100 to the Senate.

To enter the Sejm, a party must exceed a 5% threshold of all valid votes, while coalitions must reach 8%. Different rules apply to the Senate, where the candidate with the most votes in a district wins the mandate.
