Man Dies After Being Found on Railway Tracks Near Warsaw

A man was found with severe head injuries on railway tracks near Warsaw on March 29th and later died in hospital.

On Sunday, March 29th, before 10:00 PM, a serious incident occurred on the railway tracks in the area of Grunwaldzka Street, on the border of Piastów and Pruszków.

Emergency services were alerted after the driver of a train traveling from Warsaw Wschodnia to Łódź Fabryczna noticed a body lying on the tracks.

Firefighters, police, and a medical rescue team were immediately dispatched to the scene. Paramedics located the injured man and transported him to a hospital with head injuries.

Despite receiving medical attention, the man died as a result of his injuries.
