On Friday, February 13, 2026, around noon, under a road culvert in the area of Wojska Polskiego Street in Piaseczno, a tragic incident occurred – the body of a man approximately 40 years old with a gunshot wound was found there. Police and a medical rescue team were dispatched to the scene, but the man’s life could not be saved.
Witness Accounts
The incident report reached authorities around 12:30 PM. According to witness accounts, a sound resembling a gunshot was heard in the area shortly before. As reported in initial information, the tragedy occurred under one of the culverts near a bridge over the Perełka River.

The area was secured, and procedural activities were conducted at the scene under the prosecutor’s supervision. Police informed that the investigation would clarify all circumstances of the incident, including the course of events.
