Legal Framework Changes
Changes are introduced by the August 5, 2025 law amending the Code of Civil Procedure, the Civil Code, and certain other acts (hereinafter: the amendment to the c.p.c.). The legislature increasingly opens up to electronic forms alongside written forms.
Part of this legislative package entered into force on September 10, 2025, with further provisions effective on March 1, 2026.
