Minor Targówka Collision Ends with 52‑Year‑Old Arrest

On December 3 at about 4:30 p.m., a minor collision between a Renault and a Skoda on Poland’s Targówka street led police to arrest a 52‑year‑old driver under significant influence of alcohol.

Location and Timing

At approximately 16:30 on 3 December, a collision occurred on Kondratowicza street in the Targówka district, near the intersection with Kleopatra street, involving a Renault and a Skoda.

Police Assessment

Police found that the Renault driver was under significant influence of alcohol. The Skoda driver called police to the scene.

Alcohol Test Results

Breathalyzer testing revealed the 52‑year‑old Renault driver’s blood alcohol content was almost two promille. He was detained and taken to the police station.

Further Legal Proceedings

After sobering up, the driver will face further procedural actions. No major damage was reported and the collision was deemed non‑hazardous.
