St. Canon Father Marek Doszko, pastor of the parish, gave a recent interview in which he disclosed additional information about the missing priest. He emphasized that Wodawski had been a resident and that the parish had no prior knowledge of his disappearance.
Priest’s Work and Reputation
Wodawski served at the Matki Bożej Królowej Polski parish in Anin, where he was known for his beautiful sermons and homilies. He was also a lecturer at the Catholic University of Lublin.
Details of the Missing Priest’s Living Situation
The apartment from which Wodawski left on the day he went missing belonged to him. He had a sister in a convent and parents he was expected to visit, prompting him to request flowers from the parish cook to give to his mother.
