On Saturday (September 6th), the mother was supervising her son at a bus stop on Jana Pawła II Street in Szczecinek. The child attempted to pet the dog, which belonged to another individual, when it suddenly began biting the boy.

Policjna Intervention

Szczecinek police arrived on the scene and confirmed that the dog’s owner had proper vaccinations. A bus driver brought medical supplies, and bystanders called an ambulance.

Apology and Safety Measures

The boy’s mother apologized for not preventing the incident. She urged other parents to be cautious around dogs and for dog owners to keep their pets leashed. Police also stressed the importance of vigilance around animals and potential hazards.
