Nawrocki’s Trust Rating Declines in New Polls

Recent surveys conducted in April and March 2026 indicate fluctuating public trust in Polish President Karol Nawrocki, with varying approval ratings.

Trust in President Nawrocki – April 2026

A recent UCE Research poll commissioned by Onet asked respondents about their trust in President Karol Nawrocki. 35.9% of respondents indicated they trusted him, with 16.9% stating they “definitely trust” and 19% saying they “rather trust.”

Conversely, 39% of participants expressed distrust, with 27.1% stating they “definitely do not trust” and 11.9% saying they “rather do not trust.” 20.9% indicated they neither trust nor distrust the President, while 4.2% had no opinion.

The UCE Research survey was conducted between April 10-12, 2026, using the CAWI method (computer-assisted web interviews) on a panel of 1015 respondents.

Presidential Approval – March 2026

An IBRiS poll for PAP in March 2026 showed 50% of respondents positively assessing President Karol Nawrocki’s performance, with 24% expressing strong approval. This represents a 3 percentage point decrease from February and a 2 percentage point increase from January.

46% of those surveyed viewed the President’s work negatively, with nearly 28% assessing his performance as decidedly poor. 4% of respondents chose “don’t know/difficult to say.” The survey was conducted from March 27-28, 2026, using the CATI method on a sample of 1067 adult Poles.

Nawrocki Leads Trust Ranking – March 2026

Karol Nawrocki also led the trust ranking in the March CBOS poll, with 52% of respondents stating they trusted the President. 35% held a different opinion.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz ranked second (46% trust – up 1 percentage point from February), followed by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski (44% trust – no change). Warsaw Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski (KO) received 43% trust (up 2 percentage points), while Prime Minister Donald Tusk garnered 38% trust (up 1 percentage point).
