On Wednesday, 5 November, City Watchmen patrol Praga‑North saw a nervous young man at Białostocka Street and seized marijuana from him.
Incident Location
City Watchmen from the VI Field Branch were patrolling the green areas near Białostocka Street in Praga‑North when they spotted the young man beside a bicycle.
Youth’s Nervous Conduct
The young man, upon seeing the officers, nervously tucked an item into his pocket and behaved restlessly.
Police Interrogation
The watchmen asked him to show the pocket contents. He produced a glass pipe filled with plant material, claiming it was marijuana because he likes to light up sometimes. Further checks revealed a foil packet of more plant material, which he admitted possession of.
Transfer to Police Station
The City Watchmen seized the substance and called the police, noting that drug possession is a felony. When the police arrived, the arrested individual was handed over and transported to the VI Police District Command on Jagiellońska Street for further procedural actions.
