Yesterday, however, the discussion regained its blushes, which was associated with the appearance of information that the District Court in Giżycku questioned a divorce verdict from another court only because, in its opinion, a so-called ‘neosędzia’ participated in its issuance.

The author bets, however, that this will only be a temporary revival in the discussion about judicial reforms.
