No Fireball Detected Over Kielce; Polish Forces Deny Exercises on 4 November

After a “fireball” was reported over Kielce on 4 November, Polish police, fire services and military units searched the area for two and half hours but found no wreckage or damage, while the Armed Forces later confirmed no exercises were conducted that day.

Alert Issued over Kielce

The first report of a “fireball” was received by authorities after 17:00 on 4 November from the border region between Kielce and Pińczów counties.

Search Operation Commences

Poland’s police and fire brigade began a terrain search, joined by a military helicopter from Z3 and Search and Rescue groups from Krakow.

No Evidence Found

After nearly two and a half hours of work, no wreckage or infrastructure damage could be located.

Official Statement Issued

The Operational Command of the Armed Forces released a statement affirming that the Polish Army was not conducting any exercises in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship on 4 November.
