Sejm Begins Work on Justice Bill

On Wednesday, the Sejm will begin work on the justice bill prepared by the Ministry of Justice.

President of the NSA, Jacek Chlebny, has submitted his remarks on the proposed legislation to the Marshal of the Sejm.

NSA President’s Position

Chlebny stated that the Sejm has no right to invalidate resolutions of the National Council of the Judiciary.
