This is the only such project in Poland—and de facto many non-standard challenges, which personally only further motivates me, so I am grateful that I could return to it. Some people who created the project during the PGE EJ1 era are still working on it.
Institutional Memory and Global Lessons
We largely owe our institutional memory to those early team members. I believe that ultimately we will succeed in turning this long project history into an advantage and, thanks to the experience gained, avoid making mistakes—especially those that occurred in other nuclear projects worldwide.
