One Politician Surges Ahead as Others Decline in Polish Trust Poll

A Polish presidential trust poll released on Oct. 26 kept President Karol Nawrocki on top with 47 % support, while Vice‑President Radosław Sikorski and former Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak‑Kamysz slipped behind.

Nawrocki Maintains Lead Despite Small Dip

President Karol Nawrocki remains at the top of the trust ranking with 47 % approval, a 1.8‑point slip. Supporters outnumber non‑trustees, yet 38.6 % of respondents say they distrust the president.

Sikorski Slips to Second Place

Vice‑President Radosław Sikorski earned 44.2 % trust, 3.6 points lower than a month earlier, while a comparable share of respondents expressed no confidence in him.

Kosiniak‑Kamysz Climbs Back to Third Spot

Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak‑Kamysz returned to the top three with 38.3 % support, up 3.9 points from the last survey, but 42 % of voters still distrust him.

Tusk, Trzaskowski, Hołownia Fall

Prime Minister Donald Tusk fell to 35.6 %, a 3.5‑point drop. Krzysztof Bosak moved down to fourth place. Sir Rafał Trzaskowski recorded 35.4 % – his lowest score since June 2023 – while Szymon Hołownia has only 20.6 % trust, with disapproval soaring. The highest mistrust was shown toward Grzegorz Braun (65.3 %) and Jarosław Kaczyński (62.8 %).

Party Support Landscape

A party‑poll conducted Oct. 24‑26 gave the Civic Coalition 30.8 % of the vote, Law and Justice 26.7 %, and Confederation 11.9 %. Lewica gathered 6.9 %, Confederation of the Polish Crown 6.4 %, while PSL, Razem and Polska 2050 received 4.8 %, 3.4 % and 1.5 % respectively.
