On Sunday, January 25, police in Gąbin pursued a Seat driver who failed to stop for a check. Officers arrested the 33-year-old Gostynin resident in Gostynin County, detecting alcohol. His breath test showed nearly 2 permile.

Police confirmed the man had a court-imposed driving ban. They accelerated procedures due to the severity.

Legal Consequences

Within 48 hours, Gostynin court sentenced the man to one year unconditional imprisonment, a 10,000 złotys fine, vehicle confiscation, and a lifetime driving ban.
