Warsaw – Only two of the newly appointed judges to Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal have taken office, with the remaining four awaiting presidential oaths.
Judges Assume Office After Oath
Only two judges of the Constitutional Tribunal have assumed their positions after taking the oath of office before the President.
The President of the Constitutional Tribunal reported that while two individuals who swore allegiance to the President have begun their duties, the remaining four selected as Constitutional Tribunal judges have not yet started their functions.
This is due to the lack of information confirming they have taken the oath before the President.
