Opel Driver Fails to Yield at Intersection, Causing Three-Car Crash

An Opel driver failed to yield at an intersection in Warsaw’s western county, causing a three-car collision that injured one person.

Collision at Intersection

At 12:00 today, at the intersection of Błońska Street (Voivodeship Road No. 579) and Alei Stu Jesionów between Białuty and Leszno, three passenger cars collided. As a result of the incident, one person was taken to the hospital, and the female driver was penalized by police.

Driver at Fault

The incident occurred in Warsaw’s western county at the intersection between the villages of Białuty and Leszno. It was determined that the female Opel driver was exiting a secondary road and failed to give way to the Peugeot driver who was traveling straight on Voivodeship Road No. 579 toward Leszno.

After the Opel collided with the Peugeot, a third vehicle – a Fiat – was also damaged. Fire services, police, and a medical rescue team were dispatched to the scene.

Traffic Disruption

All participants in the incident were examined at the scene. Ultimately, the female Opel driver, identified as the at-fault party, was taken to the hospital. The incident was classified as a collision. Police officers penalized the woman for causing the road incident.

During the emergency response services’ operations at the intersection, significant traffic disruptions occurred. Traffic on Voivodeship Road 579 was completely blocked.
