Poland plans to require tax registers for parking services starting April 1, 2026, with ticket machines getting a one-year extension.

As a rule, parking services will have to be recorded on a tax cash register starting from April 1, 2026.
Exception for Ticket Machines
The exception applies to services provided using ticket machines, i.e., devices operated by customers that in a self-service system accept payment in coins, banknotes or other form (cashless).
They will have to be recorded in a tax cash register only from April 1, 2027.
