PARP Launches New Grant Competition for Green Production

PARP has launched a new grant competition offering up to 800,000 PLN for green production projects, with applications opening February 17, 2026.

Green Technologies – Opportunity for Sustainable Growth

New PARP program aligns with Priority II of the EU initiative “Environment supporting innovation,” which aims to create conditions for implementing modern technological solutions in enterprises. Inno_LAB, being part of the agency’s structure, is responsible for the “Grants for Green Production” project, focused on transforming industry towards climate neutrality and resource efficiency.

The program will support companies that plan investments in environmentally friendly technologies, reducing raw material consumption or lowering greenhouse gas emissions. PARP announces that funded projects will be implementation-oriented – from modernizing production lines to developing innovative recycling and material reuse processes.

Who Can Apply and Application Details

The “Grants for Green Production” program is aimed at micro, small and medium-sized enterprises from all over the country, regardless of industry, although priority will be given to entities whose activities are related to industrial processing, production of materials or components with high recycling potential.

PARP announces that special emphasis will be placed on projects from the area of so-called green product and process innovations. This means support for companies developing new products with a lower carbon footprint or implementing technologies that reduce post-production waste.

Applications will open on February 17, 2026, and will run until March 17, 2026. The allocation is 2.4 million PLN, with a maximum grant of up to 800,000 PLN, including up to 80,000 PLN per enterprise. Applications are submitted through the PARP LSI system, with priority for SMEs implementing eco-innovations in production.

Competitive Advantages and Benefits

According to the program’s assumptions, the goal is not only to improve energy and environmental efficiency, but also to build a sustainable competitive advantage for Polish companies in the European market. PARP emphasizes that investments in green technologies often translate into reduced production costs, stability of raw material supplies and a better position in value chains.

Financing will cover both investment and advisory components. Companies will be able to count on expert support in terms of technological potential assessment, product life cycle analysis (LCA) and the development of GOZ strategies. Advisory assistance will be provided at the pre-implementation stage to facilitate the preparation of investment projects for funding from EU funds.

As the Agency emphasizes, green production is the future not only from the point of view of EU climate policy, but also economic resilience – companies investing in sustainable development are better prepared for regulatory changes and increasing requirements of trading partners in terms of ESG.
