Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Pieskov declared that western soldiers on the Ukrainian front hear foreign speech and will be destroyed, and he criticized Poland for supporting terrorism.
Pieskov Claims Foreign Soldiers on Front
Dmitry Pieskov told a Kremlin briefing that western soldiers fight against the Russian army and that their own forces hear foreign language at the front. He stated that these foreigners are present and that Russia would destroy them, while assuring that its own soldiers will continue to perform their duties.
Russian Allegations Ignored by NATO
Russian officials maintain that Ukrainian territory hosts soldiers from NATO countries, and that Russian intelligence allegedly eavesdrops on English and French conversations. NATO denies these claims, saying it only supplies weapons, training and intelligence to Kyiv, and does not send troops to Ukraine. American media report that many Western intelligence representatives operate in the country.
Kremlin Targets Poland for Supporting Terrorism
At the same meeting Pieskov accused the European Union of “militaristic hysteria” and actions that lower citizens’ living standards. He referred to Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk’s interview with The Sunday Times, where Tusk suggested Ukraine should be allowed to strike Russian critical infrastructure. Pieskov called Poland a state that justifies terrorism and protects the right of other countries to commit terror acts.
Russia to Maintain Kaliningrad Connection
Pieskov added that Russia would keep its link with the Kaliningrad region despite Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda’s proposal to limit transit. He said he would be concerned if Europe’s allies supported terrorism.
