Data prepared for DGP shows that the total fines imposed by the State Labour Inspectorate (PIP) on entrepreneurs in 2025 amounted to PLN 22.4 million, PLN 1 million less than the previous year.
This marks the first such decline in fines since 2020, indicating a potential shift in enforcement approach.
