A 43-year-old man attempted to obtain a loan by presenting a forged notarial deed intended to mislead the lender into an unfavorable financial disposition.<\/p>\n<h4>Police Intervention and Charges<\/h4>\n<p>The man was accompanied by a 28-year-old woman during the attempt. Thanks to the swift response of law enforcement, the transaction was halted before any funds were transferred. Both suspects were taken into custody for processing.<\/p>\n<h4>Legal Consequences<\/h4>\n<p>Following the collection of evidence, the 43-year-old suspect was charged with attempted fraud using a forged document. The 28-year-old woman faces charges of aiding and abetting the attempted crime.
