The latest CBOS poll reveals a significant decline in support for the Civic Coalition, which currently stands at 25.1 percent, a shift attributed to ongoing mismanagement concerns within the healthcare sector. <\/p>\n
The Civic Coalition has seen its polling numbers drop by 3.4 percentage points, marking the largest change observed in the July survey. Compared to May, the popularity of Prime Minister Donald Tusk’s party has decreased by 5.7 points, and since April, the share of declared supporters has fallen by 6.9 percentage points.<\/p>\n
Support for Law and Justice (PiS) has also declined to 19.1 percent, a drop of 3 percentage points. Conversely, the Confederation party gained 2.4 percentage points, reaching 15.2 percent support.<\/p>\n
Grzegorz Braun\u2019s Confederation of the Polish Crown holds 8.2 percent, down 1.2 points, while the New Left stands at 5.3 percent, up 1.4 points. Other parties, including Razem, PSL, Poland 2050, and Centrum Polska, remain below the electoral threshold.<\/p>\n
Political scientist Dr. Maciej Onasz estimates that based on these results, the Civic Coalition would secure 164 seats, PiS 134, the Confederation 99, the Confederation of the Polish Crown 46, and the New Left 17.<\/p>\n
The CBOS study was conducted between July 6-8 using a mix of telephone and internet interviews.
