Forecasts indicate rainfall between 40 and 60 mm, accompanied by wind gusts up to 65 km\/h and possible hail.<\/p>\n<p>This alert has an estimated probability of 70 percent and is effective until 6:00 PM. The Institute notes that the severity and scope of these warnings remain subject to change based on evolving conditions.<\/p>\n<h4>RCB Warning and Infrastructure Risks<\/h4>\n<p>The Government Security Center (RCB) has issued a separate weather alert regarding potential power supply interruptions.
