Maciej \u015a., the former chairman of the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT), and his former assistant Cezary J. were processed by the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Rzeszow. Beyond the “Just Courts” campaign, the PFN has faced scrutiny over the purchase and subsequent sale of the yacht “I love Poland,” as well as its refusal to undergo audits by the Supreme Audit Office (NIK).<\/p>\n
The PFN was funded by state-owned entities such as Enea, Energa, PGE, and Orlen, with commitments totaling 45.5 million zlotys over a decade.
