Krzysztof Janyska announced on X that she has submitted a motion to the Sejm Ethics Committee to penalize Jaros\u0142aw Kaczy\u0144ski for insulting police officers and other individuals. The motion stems from events last Friday at Pi\u0142sudski Square in Warsaw during the monthly Smolensk commemoration.<\/p>\n
Kaczy\u0144ski, accompanied by PiS politicians and the head of the presidential chancellery Zbigniew Bogucki, attempted to lay wreaths at the monuments to Lech Kaczy\u0144ski and the Victims of the 2010 Smolensk Tragedy. Officers blocked their access, forcing the politicians to lay the wreaths at a distance.<\/p>\n
Commenting on the incident, Kaczy\u0144ski claimed that protesters were being shielded while PiS politicians were being insulted and threatened with death. He accused the police of failing to intervene, labeling the officers as “militias” of the ruling party.<\/p>\n

During Thursday\u2019s Sejm session, Antoni Macierewicz accused the police of acting on behalf of Vladimir Putin. He claimed the force had engaged in criminal behavior by physically striking the organizers of a legal assembly while supporting illegal, anti-Polish protesters.<\/p>\n
