According to the local portal nwloclawek.pl, firefighters were dispatched around 5:30 PM to secure a landing site for an Air Ambulance Service helicopter following reports of a man stung by a hornet.<\/p>\n<p>Cardiopulmonary resuscitation was performed on the man by a medical rescue team. Brig. Mariusz Bladoszewski, press officer for the Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Wloclawek, confirmed that OSP Klotno and OSP Kurowo participated in the operation. The man was transported to the hospital, but unfortunately, his life could not be saved.<\/p>\n<h4>Tributes and Memorial Sirens<\/h4>\n<p>OSP Kurow-Kolonia shared a statement on Facebook expressing profound sorrow over the loss of their long-time board member, firefighter Mariusz Pietrzak, highlighting his wisdom, kindness, and constant readiness to help.<\/p>\n<p>Firefighters from OSP Klotno also released a statement mourning the tragic death.
