PAP has compiled the complete list of 37 MPs, three non-affiliated deputies, one senator, and three MEPs\u2014including Mateusz Morawiecki\u2014who refused to sign the mandatory PiS loyalty declarations. <\/p>\n
PAP has established the complete list of parliamentarians who refused to sign the loyalty declarations required by the leadership of Law and Justice (PiS). Among them is Mateusz Morawiecki. In total, the matter involves 37 PiS MPs, three non-affiliated deputies, one senator from the party, and three MEPs.<\/p>\n
Mateusz Morawiecki announced on Friday that his association “Rozw\u00f3j Plus” currently has forty MPs, one senator, and three MEPs. Earlier, PiS leader Jaros\u0142aw Kaczy\u0144ski stated at a conference that “thirty-odd (…) MPs (…) resigned from membership” in PiS.<\/p>\n
According to PAP information, the senator who failed to sign the statement required by the PiS authorities is W\u0142odzimierz Bernacki, a professor at the Jagiellonian University, and former MP and secretary of state in science-related ministries.<\/p>\n
Out of the 40 deputies mentioned by Morawiecki, 37 belong to the Law and Justice party, while three do not: Marek Jakubiak (non-affiliated MP), Agnieszka \u015acigaj (belonging to the PiS club), and Andrzej Gut-Mostowy (also belonging to the PiS club).<\/p>\n
Among those who also failed to sign the statements are three PiS MEPs: Micha\u0142 Dworczyk, Piotr M\u00fcller, and Waldemar Buda.<\/p>\n

Pawe\u0142 Jab\u0142o\u0144ski served as advisor to the prime minister and deputy minister of foreign affairs (2019\u20132023); Szymon Szynkowski vel S\u0119k as deputy foreign minister (2018\u20132022), minister for European Union affairs (2022\u20132023), and minister of foreign affairs from November to December 2023; Marcin Hora\u0142a as deputy minister of infrastructure (2019\u20132022) and later funds and regional policy (2022\u20132023), as well as government plenipotentiary for the CPK; Olga Semeniuk-Patkowska as deputy minister of development and technology (2020\u20132023); Krzysztof Kub\u00f3w as deputy minister of energy (2019) and state assets (2019), secretary of state in the Chancellery and head of the prime minister’s political cabinet (2019\u20132023); and Andrzej Gut-Mostowy as deputy minister of development, labor and technology (2020\u20132021) and sport and tourism (2021\u20132023).<\/p>\n
